5th Annual SLV Folk Arts and Fiber Festival

Our event program is Full Color.  We will do 8-12 pages with Vendor and Sponsor lists,
Demonstration Schedule, Advertisements, and Event details.  We go to print three weeks before the
festival and cannot accept late submissions.

Programs will be distributed before and during the event, and also the following year at local and related events.

(1) Camera-ready Copy due by June 3rd, 2011, with payment
(“Camera-ready” means correct size, clean copy and ready to be printed)

(2) Acceptable File Formats: PNG and PDF is preferred format, but will also accept JPGs/PSDs/TIFFs

350 dpi minimum at full size)
We will NOT accept: Word, Publisher, PageMaker, Quark, JPGs/TIFFs/PSD/PNGs that are less than 350
dpi at full size)
If ad is too large to email, please provide a copy of ad on disk with this form.  If ad is not provided
when turning in this form, you risk not getting ad in event program. No Refunds after print Deadline.

The SLV Folk Arts and Fiber Festival has sponsorship packages available at the following levels:
Level A: $100. Sponsor receives link to their site from our website, name recognition on
program materials and on-site signage (provided by sponsor), and vendor space, if desired,
outside the main artisans space (if not selling handmade arts/crafts). Business card sized ad
space in our event program (see copy requirements).
Level B: $250. Name recognition on program materials and on-site signage (provided by
sponsor); vendor space, if desired, outside the main artisans space (if not selling handmade
arts/crafts); and business card sized ad space (including links) on our website for 6 months on
page of their choice. As well as Half-Page ad space in our event program (see copy
requirements).
Level C: $500. Name recognition on program materials and on-site signage (provided by
sponsor); vendor space, if desired, outside the main artisans space (if not selling handmade
arts/crafts); business card sized ad space (including links) on our website for one year;
name/logo on event t-shirts (should time allow for printing) and on-site banner space (banners
must be provided by sponsor). As well as Full-Page ad space in our event program (see copy
requirements).
Level D: $1000. Name recognition on program materials and on-site signage (provided by
sponsor); vendor space, if desired, outside the main artisans space (if not selling handmade
arts/crafts); business card sized ad space (including links) on the front page of our website for
one year; Two handmade Event T-shirts; name/logo included on event t-shirts (should time
allow for printing) and on-site banner space; 3’x5’ Banner printed (with sponsor provided
artwork or logo - time allowing), and Full-Page ad space in our event program (see copy
requirements).
Prize Sponsorships: In-Kind Donation, Fair Market Value
(...such as fleece, roving or supplies for contests, children’s activities; raffle items; children’s
spinning contest prizes. You will be recognized according to the value of your gift(s).
We'll create a contest just for you should you decide that you want to donate a prize/product to
be given away or raffled. We're open to your ideas, so feel free to chime in!

There will be a $25 charge for checks returned due to insufficient funds.
Refunds: Refunds at 75% will be granted for cancellations of PRINT ADS made before the June 3th
2011 Deadline.
Web Ad fees are non-refundable.
Prices are subject to change until receipt of this contract and payment is made in full.

Prices DO NOT include the creation of any ad.  Ad specifications are contained within the contract and subject
to change based on Website redesign.  

SLV Folk Arts and Fiber Festival reserves the right to reject any advertisement for any reason and refund any
money paid for that advertisement. This agreement sets forth the entire agreement between SLV Folk Arts and
Fiber Festival and supersedes all other understandings or agreements either written or oral.  I acknowledge
upon submitting this contract that I have read and accept the terms and conditions of this contract.  SLV Folk
Arts and Fiber Festival makes no representation as to the number of hits or visits and advertiser may receive
from their ad.
